** WARRANTY ** I offer a written 1 year puppy replacement warranty against life threatening genetic defects. If you are unable to assume responsiblity for your puppy we will take it back and find a suitable home for it. We do not want them to end up in a pound or shelter. By purchasing a puppy you agree to these terms and conditions.

** DEPOSITS ** ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE BUT TRANSFERRABLE!!!! We do not accept personal checks we do however accept paypal, cash, money orders and certified checks. Paypal charges 3.5% on all transactions. Prices of individual puppies are listed with their pictures and depend on their quality and pedigrees. Deposits of $200 are required to hold a pup until it is old enough to go to its new home, usually 8 weeks of age. Deposits are non-refundable, so take your time in choosing your new family member. Puppies on hold must be paid for in full by the time they are 7 weeks old.

** DISCOUNT ** When you purchase 2 puppies at the same time you receive a $100.00 discount on each puppy. Also, your 2nd puppy ships FREE of charge.

 ** SHIPPING OPTIONS ** We ship puppies using Delta Pet First. Shipping runs a extra $300 and includes your puppies plane ticket, travel crate, vet shipping certificate and all neccessary shipping documents. The are shipped in a climate controlled area of the plane with their blanket, toys and treats to keep them busy while on their trip. We also offer hand delivery to certain areas. Please inquire for more info.

We make all the shipping arrangements. We search for the shortest available flight. We try to make the arrangements 2 weeks in advance, if possible. We will email the flight arrival information (airline, day of shipment, flight number, air bill number and time of arrival) as soon as they have been confirmed to us by the airline, along with the cost of shipping so you can send payment for shipping when you send the balance due on your puppy. Flight time and numbers are subject to change without notice. If they do, we will call you immediately after the puppy has been put on the flight with the changes and all information you will need to pick up your puppy.

**WHAT COMES WITH YOUR PUPPY ** When you receive your new puppy you will receive  all vet records, 1st vet visit where they will receive shots and deworming, Regisation papers, a copy of your guarantee and we also start working with them on housetraining.

PUPPY CONTRACT

Thank you for purchasing a puppy from us. We raise our American Bullies underfoot as part of the family.
Pups come with UKC registration, vet checked, health guarantee, first booster shot, regular de worming and lovin'! Please read over this guarantee and contract and sign it so we know you understand it completely.

It is Quirello Kennel's responsibility to deliver an all around healthy pup to you. We have all pups examined and given their first booster shot at approximately 7 weeks of age by veterinarian, Dr. Mario Artega at Florida Veterinary Clinic in Lady Lake, FL. It is Quirello Kennel's recommendation that you take your new pup to a veterinarian of your choice and get your new pup checked as well. If within 3 days of this dated guarantee a licensed veterinarian finds any life threatening health issues with your new pup bought at Quirello Kennels you may return the pup and Quirello Kennels will replace the pup with a pup of equal or greater value or refund the purchase price of the pup in exchange for that pup back, including any records and registration
given with that pup. If you decide to keep the pup, Quirello Kennels will be released of the responsibility of replacing, treating or refunding the purchase price of the pup, a partial refund may be considered at Quirello Kennels discretion. Any situation where Quirello Kennels will replace a pup, Quirello Kennels reserves the right to have one year to do so.

Lifetime Return Policy:
Any situation that may arise that causes you to not be able to keep any pup/dog, arrangements may be made to bring the pup/dog to Quirello Kennels. Any pup purchased from Quirello Kennels may be returned no questions asked and Quirello Kennels may refund some/all of your purchase price or try to place the pup/dog in another suitable home for you for the purchase price you paid. No pup, bought at Quirello Kennels, is to be resold without giving Quirello Kennels first option to take/buy (for no more than
purchase price) the pup back.

Quirello Kennels is not responsible for: any shipping charges original pup or replacement pup; veterinary bills once pup leaves Quirello Kennels premises; landlord disapproval; allergies; family disagreements; or anything else not writtenout in this agreement. I will, however, always give advice and/or help in any way that I can to ensure the best for my pups. Breeding and/or show quality is not guaranteed, it is my recommendation that if you are looking to breed or show you purchase your pup  at 4 to 6 months if your pup is deemed breeder and/or show quality.  Quirello Kennels can not guarantee a pups adult weight or color.

This guarantee is void if pup has not been given shots as directed by a licensed veterinarian, taken care of properly or has been neglected and Quirello Kennels will notify authorities. Please do not expose your new pup to any other animals until they are current on their shots. If you must expose them to other animals make sure the other animal is current on their shots! This guarantee is your receipt of guarantee and must be submitted to Quirello Kennels along with licensed veterinarian’s written findings.
